OUR STORY

"Rooted in Tradition" At Brunello's we are more than just a brand; we are a passionate family dedicated to bringing the spirit of the West to life through our handcrafted footwear

The beginning

Founded in 2015 by a father and son duo, our journey began with a shared vision and a rich history in the western industry.

With years of experience as wholesalers, we recognized a gap in the market for quality boots.

They were either too expensive or lacked the quality/style we were looking for.

We quickly got to work and reached out to our well known boot makers. We noticed when we began that most boot makers naturally try to cut down costs.

The reason being is supply chain in the western industry can be quite long

How it Normally Goes

First you have the boot makers, then the wholesaler and then they sell to retailers which in turn sells to the consumers. Each step of the supply chain they add their profit and by the time it gets to consumers the price is high based on what is being offered. We went the opposite route

“Why this vs that?

We told our boot makers we want the best boot possible. We constantly asked Why this vs This? We wanted to make boots that will last for years to come. Since we are buying directly from the boot makers and selling directly to consumers we can take on the added expense of increasing the boot quality and yet keep our prices affordableHow We Make Ours

What We Believe

This passion for leather took years! It led us to new boot designs ranging from low cut, traditional, women's and much more. We take pride in offering goods the right way. Our slogan is "Rooted in Tradition". We want to pass our values, doing things the right way, and keeping our cowboy heritage in front.

In 2024 we opened our first retail store in Webster, Massachusetts. We wanted to reach our clients in store and online! At Brunello's we will treat you right with good old fashioned hospitality and well made products that will last for years to come!

Where are your boots made?

Our boots are proudly handcrafted in either Brazil or Leon, Mexico (Boot Capital of the World)

Our brand story was born with our passion for leather. We work directly with our production team to ensure quality, comfort and beautiful designs. Why Brazil and Leon, Mexico? Which is Better? Both countries offer years of tradition, quality leathers and craftsmanship when it comes to boot making. There are benefits to both and in the end it depends on individual preference

Brazil- Our Blake Collection

Brazil is known for it's quality leathers, comfort and lightweight boots.

Brazil uses Blake Construction for their boot making method.

Blake construction is the preferred method of Italian shoe makers.

Brazil has the biggest Italian community outside of Italy and their shoe making tradition was passed on.

Blake makes the boot more lightweight and flexible.

If you are looking for a dress boot, soft leather and comfort you are sure to enjoy our boots from Brazil

Leon, Mexico- Boot Capital of the World

Leon, Mexico is the boot making capital of the world!

They use old world techniques that have been lost due to technology and labor costs.

Our boots from leon are all goodyear welt. Goodyear welt is the most complex boot making technique.

It makes it easier for the boot to be resoled and more cost effective then a Blake stitch.

The goodyear constructions also allows for more layers in the boot which will add comfort.

They also feature a leather midsole, brass nails and lemonwood pegs to hold the sole.

Goodyear also makes it extremely difficult for moisture to enter the boot.Leon, Mexico offers the most traditional handmade method of boot making.

The boots will be a little heavier than a Blake boot but there will be more support in the midsole due to more layers. If you are looking for a truly handmade, long lasting boot this is the best option for you
