Free Returns (14 Day Policy after Receiving)

At Brunello's Western boots our goal is to make sure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. All returns will be accepted within 30 days of when you receive your order and in unworn condition. Any request after 30 days will be denied.

If the product is returned and the soles are dirty/worn unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.  The product will be shipped back to you since it has been used. Please do not ship or try to return boots that have been worn. We cannot resell used products.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns to Hawaii and to Alaska. The return cost is just too high for us. We do offer free shipping but in case of returns the buyer is responsible.

Free Exchanges (30 day policy)

We would be happy to help with exchanges in case you are having a sizing issue.  We can assist you with an exchange or store credit for a future purchase.


Refunds on Paid Shipping Services( Expedited or Overnight)

Once the product is returned in new condition our team will process the full refund on the product price. If you paid for expedited shipping (extra) or overnight (Extra) the cost of the service will not be refunded. The reason being the service has already been provided by the carrier and we cannot issue a refund on a service that has been executed by third parties( USPS or Fedex)

We do offer expedited shipping and overnight shipping for those needing to receive the product faster. Please keep in mind shipping days are Monday-Friday. The cut off times are 1 pm eastern time. Orders placed after 1 pm eastern will be shipped the next day. Please keep in mind if you order Friday night your order will be shipped on Monday. If Monday turns out being a holiday your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Expedited shipping and overnight shipping has a faster arrival but it does not expedite over the weekend or on holiday’s. Please plan accordingly.

Return/Exchange Process

Please contact and on the subject line write your order number/ Return or Exchange.

On the email please state briefly the reason for return( defect, exchange, return). For exchanges please let us know if you would like the same style or a new one along with the size required.

One we receive your email we will send a Prepaid shipping label for you to send us back and follow your instructions to complete the return or exchange.

Once we receive your product back please allow up to 1 week for us to prepare an exchange or issue a refund. Once we issue a refund depending on your bank it will take a few days for your bank to process.

Please feel free to exchange as many times needed until we find your size. After the first exchange we will split the shipping cost. We are committed to making sure you are happy with our product.
